Who are we ?
We are a fully licensed well established estate agent located in South West France specializing in the areas of the Charente, Charente Maritime and Dordogne.
Our agency is situated in the centre of one of the most beautiful villages in France, the historic village of Aubeterre, on the border between the Charente and the Dordogne, alongside the river Dronne.
With many years experience in the buying and selling of properties in the area, we are able to assist you in all aspects of the transaction from beginning to end and sometimes even afterwards! (architects, builders, planning permissions etc …)
